We find the gaps.
Then we automate them.
A two-year experiment in finding inefficient markets, building software to exploit them, and walking away when the edge disappears.
Two years.
Two businesses.
Reverse Split Arbitrage
ACB was founded on a single, narrow trade: capturing the rounding mechanics around reverse stock splits. Each opportunity was small; profits had to be driven by volume. I ran over 50 brokerage accounts with custom software placing and managing trades at market open while I slept. It scaled fast, then the regulatory window closed. I shut the desk and pivoted to B2B resale.
B2B Wholesale Reselling
After winding down RSA I started my wholesale resale journey, buying from approved vendors and moving inventory to larger distributors at scale. I was working 10-20 hours/week, realized I didn't need to, and the workflow I built now handles 90% of daily operations autonomously.
Started at roughly $3K in September, grew through the fall, and crossed $10K/month by January. The year is tracking to ~$195K in revenue.
90% of the work is software.
The real product of this year was the tooling. I built Churner, an internal app that handles fulfillment, tracking, order routing, and recording.
Today I spend one to three hours a week running this business. The rest happens unattended. Watch the demo.
